What is it about the music from the 80s that is just SUPER addicting! There are so many great artists from that era who came out with some amazing music. Paula Abdul, Pat Benatar (my personal favorite), Tina Turner, Madonna, and the list goes on and on!
I have actually started to make an outfit my upcoming performance at San Jose State in late April. I'm really excited for it. It is based off of the outfit she is wearing in "Love is a Battlefield" toward the end. It is the first outfit I am ever making so I hope it turns out well. If anyone has any advice on things I should do or any great ideas I would love to hear them. What I plan to do is just make a skirt that I can wear around a long shirt. I am going to be using a hot glue gun to piece the skirt together (since I have no sewing skills) but if anybody wants to teach me feel free to let me know! :-)
I'll post pictures of it when I'm done no matter how terrible it turns out :-)
